Keckey Posted December 12, 2018 Posted December 12, 2018 Hello, I tested the points feature, and printed a receipt for subject client. The receipt shows the discount by points below the item purchased, points earned and points redeemed. And then it goes straight to the "Total" section and the subject customer had hard times understanding how much points he got remaining. Am I missing something in the app? Please help me out. Solution Rodrigo Díaz Posted December 12, 2018 Solution Posted December 12, 2018 This is an example of a ticket in which the loyalty discount was applied The remainig points are described by the "Points balance" line. In this example, the customer has 2.13 points left.
