How to use Star TSP143IIIU USB printer connected to iOS, in Loyverse?

I have a Star TSP143IIIU printer connected to my iPad via USB. (Yes iOS supports this printer through USB) Is there any way to use it with Loyverse?

With the latest update Loyverse 2.13 for iOS the printer Star TSP143IIIU (USB) was added as one of the supported printers.

I would really really appreciate it if I could get feedback on this. I have the same setup but the Loyverse app won’t recognize the printer via usb. I’m using the Star TSP143IIIU USB but no cigar.
