Loosing data. How to add symbol "$" to the price?

My customers keep mistaking the price and the quantity. How to add the symbol "$" next to the price so, they can understand the receipt better.

My data is loosing. There are many item I added in the systemr already. Now, I can't scan or even look up. It disappear. I did not delete them either.

Hello!

All the amounts and prices on the receipt are not specified by any currency, just by a number. However, for paper receipts, you can change the settings to add text (your desired currency) at the end of the receipt.
How to set currency.

About loosing data I think is better to consult support team. They will ask all necessary detailes in order help you to resolve the problem.
