Saigon Market Posted June 9, 2018 Posted June 9, 2018 It just happened today. Usually, when I scan the same items. It's auto add the quantity in one line. Now, some items can do that but, most of my products separate. Each scan shows in one line. Please, see the picture. Thanks in advance for your answer.
Gabbi Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 This is the ticket, right? As I know in ticket cannot be changes these lines; they appear in the order you introduced them. But then on receipts the same items should appear in one line.
Saigon Market Posted June 10, 2018 Author Posted June 10, 2018 No it does not go to one line. If I scan 10 times the same item. It will appear 10 lines. I don't know why cause, it used to collect the same item in one line, Now, it seperate. I wonder if Loyverse change the funtions or software.
LannaCafe Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 After 2 years, I have yet to find a solution to this problem also. It is rather annoying and would be ideal to have the bill summarized with all the same items totaled up on a single line. Otherwise, the bill wastes paper and time to recount all of the same items.

LannaCafe Posted November 18, 2020 Posted November 18, 2020 I use an Android system but to this day, the bill/receipt still list same items on multiple lines if they are added to the order. Selling drinks (ie beer) leads to a long printed order that is hard to read.
