How to set prices for my products?

First what you need to know is what is the cost of the product or service you provided. This can mean a lot of things, from the costs of delivery, packaging, credit card fees, storage, marketing expenses, etc. So when pricing your product, your approach should be to cover the overall expenses plus a percentage.

Some things you should consider when setting up prices for your products is how much is the customer ready to pay; and how are your competitors pricing their products.

Customers might be prepared to pay a considerable amount of money for something that is not so expensive, knowing this it becomes an opportunity to raise your profits. But on the other hand, the case could be that your service is more expensive than what customers are ready to pay, and this is a real problem.

And knowing your competitors' decisions about how much to charge for similar products is an excellent way to start. However, it is not everything, and at the end, you need to consider your circumstances, is not always to good to just follow what others do.
