Reward points. Can you help?

I want to give 10 points to all new subscribers as a one off. When I insert 10.00 it turns out 1000 points. Can you help?

Hi! You can export the list of your customers, add new customers, and add loyalty points then export it back into the Back Office.

I usually just edit their point balance in my Back Office.
