  1. Hi, since we are based in Thailand, the items are named in Thai. After importing the items names and everything that are written in THAI appears gibberish. Any way I could resolve this? without having to manually creating each items.
  2. It is easy to create items by adding them in the Back Office. But you can also import them through a CSV file at the Back Office. To import your items smoothly and quickly, the correct sheet should be prepared. You can download the template, but the best way is to create sample items in the ‘Item list’, export them as a CSV file, and add all the rest of the items to the sheet.

  6. I try to import item at template.csv file and after upload done. Items cannot read in the Thai language.
