Can this printer be used in Loyverse since it's on Ethernet?

IP address stays at factory defaults. Can anyone give me a step-by-step instruction on connecting printer to the internet? Thank you

Hi all, Help is needed to connect the printer. So I managed to connect the printer to my modem and got it to retrieve an IP-address. My phone is on the same subnet (image2 and image 3) I manually added the ip address in the app (image4) Still, error, can't find the printer, so can't print a test receipt What am I missing here? HELP!!!

Hi, Loyverse community! I'm Spanish so excuse me. I have a printer with Ethernet and USB port, but I can't configure correctly. In USB I don't have problems, but in Ethernet I have problems. It's a "pos80c" I think it's Chinese when I connect Ethernet to PC, I can access printer directly putting the IP at a web browser, or I can change the logo with the software. But when connect to the router, I don't have any IP, all have an IP, TV, smartphone, tablet, camera... But the printer doesn't have anything. I did the self-test and put the IP in Loyverse POS, still doesn't work. I restart the printer without DHCP, doesn't work. I put a new IP to the printer from Windows 7, then activated DHCP and connect to router putting the new IP in Loyverse POS and it doesn't work. So anyone can help me plz? Can the printer have Ethernet but don't have to/IP? This is why I can't connect? Thank you.

Hi members, would like to get assistance installing my Ethernet Thermal Receipt Printer 58mm. Doing it on Android device and the printer that i have isn't listed under supported printer however i tried the "other model" and entered the printer's LAN IP but still no good. Do i need to do something on the router settings? Coz when i did ping the Printer's IP using cmd promt its "request timed out" getting 4-0-4% result. BTW my android tab is connected on the same router. I would really appreciate the help you can give. Thanks a lot.

Hey Everyone, I have been running Loyverse on my Ipad 4, IOS 10.3.3 for over a year now with no problems. However, we had a break due to Covid-19 and after re-opening the Ethernet printer keeps disconnecting periodically throughout the day. This is easily resolved by restarting the printer however it can cause a hold up with customers. Any idea why this is happening? Im using a Generic Chinese Ethernet Printer? Many Thanks Dan

Hey, Guys, I am looking into getting Loyverse as the POS system for my Resort. My question is if it is difficult to connect my existing brother printer which is linked to our windows PC to print out the receipts of our guest when they check out. Do you need a different software to add logos?

I tried the pos on bluestacks and printer works really good if you connect it directly to router. But, what if the router is too far from the cash register and you need to connect printer through the PC ethernet port, would it be possible? Did anybody try this? Thank u all

Hi guys, do guys experience what I have experienced? I've got an Epson Tm-m30 ethernet printer and it connect with my ipad loyverse fine. It connects to printer for about a good 30mins. It prints out fine for about 30mins then display Printer Error. Whenever I leave the ipad alone for about 30mins, it will display this message until I kill the App from the background then it works fine for about another 30mins. I don't know why. I have tried to restart ipad, restart modem and delete loyverse app then reinstall it again. The printer show no error sign or anything. The internet works the entire time with no issue with internet at all. I don't know why it does that. If anyone know how to fix it please tell me. Thanks

I'm just trying to confirm the following. If I use a ethernet printer compatible with loyverse, I will be able to print receipts from multiple devices? Eg a tablet at a cash register, and a tablet running loyverse for taking sit in orders?

Do you know if the printer EPSON TM-T20III ETHERNET works with Loyverse, like EPSON TM-T20II?

How to connect a printer without internet? Is this possible?

I want to connect with Sam4s GIANT-100D (Ethernet, USB) printer. I connected printer and iPad with ehternet with Sam4s app. However, you cannot search for printers in the loyverse app. Why not?

So i just bought my Xprinter XP-58IIH recently. Although i read some topics here that Loyvese is not supporting this printer however this works perfectly with some of the videos that i watched. Whenever I am choosing Other Model in the Printer model option it always includes (Ethernet) and i don't have any other option to choose like USB or Bluetooth. I am using iPhone 11 Pro Max with iOS 14.2. Meanwhile with my husbands mobile which is an Android phone if we choose Other Model in the printer, the interface has the option for Ethernet, Bluetooth & USB. So, i am thinking that this isn't the issue between the Xprinter that i have and loyverse, but its loyverse and iOS devices. *Note: I tried using the same iphone and xprinter with Xlabel the bluetooth device is connecting and is working properly. I hope this issue with ios user will be fix soon. Hope you could help me in this problem. I attached some photos for your reference as well.

I have a bluetooth printer that cannot be connected on iOS. I can only think of 2 solutions. First is to connect the printer directly to iPad via OTG cable. Second is to connect USB printer to AirPrint server and point iPad to it. Can anyone advise on this? I really need help on this!! :(
