Single item discount

Hello!

 In order to apply a discount to a specific item, press on the line of the item, in the current ticket.
The window to edit goods in the ticket, will open. In the discount section, you will see the available discounts. Switch on the desired one, and save changes by tapping on the ‘OK’ button.

You can apply to an item the only percentage discount. Amount discount can be applied to a whole ticket only.

I am looking into how to enter a discount on an item only. Not on the whole amount in the ticket. I've tried holding on the line of the item, in the current ticket, but the window to edit doesnt open as previous posts have said. I am working on a S7

Hello! It should work if you apply percentage (%) discount. The amount discount works only for whole tiket but the % one can be applied for separate items.

I have asked for that in the past as well. Since Loyverse does not support sale prices natively you should be able to discount an individual item by a set amount and not have to total up all the discounts and use one signle discount for the order.  This comes back to receipts as well where it is very unclear the way discounts print.  They should be at the line level (or configurable in the receipt setup to do that).
