You can see it on the item card in back office to mark in which store the item is available

Or do you mean something different?

Now it is possible with the Advanced Inventory add-on. You can create transfer order, select necessary items to transfer and the stock will be automatically transferred from one store to another. 

Also you can send transfer order to email, save as PDF and print labels for transferred items with new store price.
