I'd like to find out how others handle coffees?

I can create for example "Latte - Cup" to which I'd like to add the choice of milk (regular, skimmed, soy etc) and also add the ability to add extra shots. If I create two separate options; Milk with all it's variants, and Extra Shots with 1,2,3 or 4 as variants, Loyverse builds a matrix of variants based upon the two options (22 variants in total) which will confuse the staff.  Is there a way to offer the milk choice and extra shots in a more practical way?
