Help! Receipts keep printing every transaction even thought Automatic option is turned off

Every time a sale is completed, my printer prints a receipt. I have the “Automatically print receipt” option turned OFF, but it still prints the receipts. The only way to stop it from printing is to turn off the “Print Receipts and Bills”. How can I stop it from printing automatically?

are you sure you haven't set up more than one printer record?

What do you mean more than 1 printer record? I have 2 iPads connecting to the same printer. Is that a problem?

If two POS devices are connected to one printer and if the print commands are sent from both POS devices at the same time, it may cause printing issues.
