Eastshore Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I cannot get print bills to work when saving to a predefined ticket. I have just set-up a new system and am very familiar with the Loyverse App. I have an Xprinter XP-q80B which works perfectly printing receipts and opening the cash drawer. I am using predefined tickets, and have set the printer to "Print receipts and bills" and "Automatically print receipt". I have also tried turning on and off "Print orders". Nothing helps. I'm running the latest version of the App, have tried uninstalling/reinstalling it. I've logged out/logged in again. I've uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it. It is not on the selectable list of printers, so it is set as "other". In advance setting the "initial esc/pos commands is blank. Other fields have commands. The printer is connected by USB. I can print the bill manually using the 3-dot, drop-down print command. What am i doing wrong.
