Adicionar "Senha Numeral 1 ao 99" em cada pedido (Add "Password Number 1 to 99" to each order)

Seria muito útil adicionar a opção de exibir uma senha numérica no canto superior de cada pedido realizado. Isso ajudaria na organização e identificação rápida dos pedidos, principalmente em ambientes com grande volume de solicitações.

Exemplo: Pedido com “Senha: 001”, “Senha: 002”, etc.

Alguém mais acha interessante essa funcionalidade?

It would be very helpful to have an option to display a numeric ticket number in the top corner of each order. This would make it easier to organize and quickly identify orders, especially in high-volume environments.

Example: Orders labeled as “Ticket: 001”, “Ticket: 002”, etc.

Does anyone else think this would be a useful feature?

Please take a look at a photo below. Is it what you are looking for?
The order number is shown at the top of the kitchen order and in the printed receipt.

 

The order number is displayed only on a paid printed receipt (if the open ticket was not saved), on the KDS, or on the printed kitchen order.
So, to see this number, the customer should pay for his order immediately because he will see the order number only on the paid receipt.

There are two numbering exist for the receipts: The receipt number and the order number.

The receipt number (AT THE BOTTOM OF THE RECEIPT) meaning #59-1022
The first digit 59- refers to the POS device, and if you have many devices, the receipts will start from 60-1022... , 61-1022..., etc.
Every POS device counts individually, and they all start from 0001 and then continue consecutively: 0002, 0003, etc. The receipts numbering continues endlessly.



The order number (AT THE TOP OF THE RECEIPT)
Example #59-007

59 - is the POS number;
007 - is the order number;
When the order number reaches 999, it starts again from 001.
(Also, you can reset the order numbering manually to 001 by Sign Out of the POS device).

Primeiramente, gostaria de parabenizar pelo sistema, que atende muito bem nossa operação e tem sido excelente no dia a dia.

Gostaria de deixar uma sugestão de melhoria que acredito ser muito útil para operações rápidas, como food trucks, lanchonetes e atendimento em balcão.

Hoje, na minha operação, preciso identificar os pedidos por senha numérica simples (01 até 99). Atualmente faço isso manualmente escrevendo no recibo, o que acaba tomando tempo e podendo gerar erros.

A sugestão seria adicionar uma função de senha sequencial simples, com as seguintes opções:

geração automática de senhas de 01 a 99;

impressão automática da senha no recibo/comanda;

possibilidade de reiniciar a sequência manualmente ou automaticamente;

opção de definir o número inicial da sequência.

Exemplo:
Senha 01 → Senha 02 → Senha 03…

Essa melhoria ajudaria bastante operações de atendimento rápido, tornando o processo mais ágil, organizado e profissional.

Acredito que seja uma funcionalidade simples, mas que agregaria muito valor ao sistema.

First of all, I would like to congratulate you on the software. It has been excellent for our daily operation and works very well for our business.

I would like to suggest an improvement that I believe would be very useful for fast-service operations such as food trucks, snack bars, and counter-service businesses.

In my operation, I only need a simple numeric order system (01 to 99) to identify customer orders. Currently, I have to write the number manually on the receipt, which takes extra time and can lead to mistakes.

My suggestion would be to add a simple sequential ticket/order number feature with the following options:

Automatic generation of numbers from 01 to 99;

Automatic printing of the order number on the receipt/ticket;

Option to reset the sequence manually or automatically;

Option to define the starting number of the sequence.

Example:
Order 01 → Order 02 → Order 03…

This improvement would greatly help fast-service businesses by making the process faster, more organized, and more professional.

I believe this is a simple feature, but one that would add significant value to the system.
