ZZV-Roeien Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Hello, I have got an Loyverse email that from 1 April I need an unlimited Sales subscription for more than 31 days history. However it is not possible subscribe to this add-on. I do not have or need other subscriptions, but I cannot ask Loyverse directly to help because I need than a paid subscription. I really need the history for administration purposes!! I have just completely finished the setup with Loyvers, people are trained, so I am really not amused with this new pricing policy. We are a small rowing club and no fee in combination with good experiences with Loyverse within other sport club was for us a reason to choose for Loyverse in combination with SUMUP to reduce our financial costs. And now I even cannot subscribe. See below for the add ons I can subscribe to. How can I get in touch with Loyverse? Kind regards, Anja Meerding

Kind regards, Anja Meerding yeah.. im in a similar situation with less people.. after preparing all.. now i see if i want to export or only see my reports.. i have to pay suscription ... but not only for more than 30 days as says in the email... you have to pay if you wan´t to see the reports of any day.. so they lie or did not explain well in that email... you have to pay the report suscription if you want to see any report of any day... in my opinion this is not the way to do things... this is an abuse.. imagine you have 5 shops... you have to pay 5x.. if you want to see all them... i was happy until today, but if they are going to change the rules anytime, and manage suscriptions this way.. i´m going to search for other options.. at least one that don´t do changes in this way.. and care about customers. regards Edited April 10 by Orteko
