How to add side dishes using Modifier

I would like to add more options, like a side dish, to my main dish. Should I use variants, or is it better to use modifiers in this case?

 I think it’s best to use modifiers because if you use variants, it will only allow you to choose one side dish at a time. With modifiers, customers can select multiple side dishes as needed.
