Practical Posted March 21 Posted March 21 I'm using a tablet with Loyverse POS and trying to pair with Teya terminal. When trying to select terminal to pair it doesn't allow me to search by serial number?

When trying to select terminal to pair it doesn't allow me to search by serial number? are you using the Teya PAX terminal? if so, take the PAX terminal off your wifi (and therefore just connected to 3/4G) then repair it. currently the PAX doesn't work well on the wifi with the integration.

Shinjin Posted April 28 Posted April 28 Hello, Integrated payments with Teya are currently only available to users in the United Kingdom. In Czechia, we currently only support integrated payments using Sumup.

Shinjin Posted April 29 Posted April 29 Hello, If you are using the Loyverse POS app on the terminal device itself, it might be possible to use it as a normal receipt printer. However, we are not able to guarantee that it will work.
