Using Loyverse POS with Teya

I'm using a tablet with Loyverse POS and trying to pair with Teya terminal. When trying to select terminal to pair it doesn't allow me to search by serial number?

are you using the Teya PAX terminal? if so, take the PAX terminal off your wifi (and therefore just connected to 3/4G) then repair it. currently the PAX doesn't work well on the wifi with the integration.
