My business is a bookstore and we have multiple customers coming with similar booklists to fill. For efficiency, we would like to be able to duplicate a ticket and edit as required, thereby saving time to recreate the same ticket from scratch.

Hello Unfortunately, there is no feature to duplicate the tickets.
