EFTPOS cashout

Want to be able to do a "cash out", ie charge a credit card $20 and give the customer the $20 cash. Any ideas appreciated

To make such an exchange, I suggest you create an item "CARD - CASH EXCHANGE" with the price of $20 and apply the modifier with the negative amount (- $20) to this item.
