How to do print ticket without charging first?

Our cafe is eat first and then pay later.

So right now we have to press the CHARGE in order to print the receipt.

How to just print the receipts for front desk & kitchen without charging first? So that we can revise any items in the ticket before charging.

To the kitchen/bar staff, you can send the kitchen order to be printed on the kitchen printer or shown on the Kitchen Display.
