ifko Posted May 22 Share Posted May 22 Hello guys, just wanted to ask if it is possible to print an extra order ticket for one special item. The think is, in the for the kitchen we got one printer and there is this special item that takes way longer than the others. So we put out all the other meals as soon as they are ready and that one special thing will go out later. Now, we would like to print this item on a seperate order ticket, so the kitchen can track that easier. I konw it is possible to print every single item on its own. But we just want this one item to be printed seperately. Or do i need a seperate Printer? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Solution ifko Posted May 22 Author Solution Share Posted May 22 Just found the solution in the help section. You have to put the item into an extra category and that category into an extra printer group in the back office and then the printer will print an extra ticket because for every printer group it will do a new ticket.
