Is it possible to add a feature where an order can be entered and the receipt for the kitchen will show the expected time the order is to be picked up by the customer?

Yes, when you create an open ticket, you can write any comments for this ticket. These comments will be shown for your kitchen staff on the Kitchen Display App or on the printed kitchen ticket:
