How to create a customized partial refund?

Hi, 

I noticed that refunds available are full item price or full refund. Is there a way I can set up a refund amount? Like percentage or specified amount (like one set up in modifiers?) Thank you.

No, the refundable amount can't be set manually. Only the full price of the sold item can be used for a refund.
