SteveW Posted May 1 Posted May 1 Another tumbleweed moment for Loyverse. No comment. The silence speaks volumes!
Shinjin Posted May 2 Posted May 2 Hello @SteveW, We constantly review all the posts and forward them to our team to take into consideration adding the Dojo payment integration. Please be aware that we receive many suggestions from users and implementing them takes time. We cannot make promises that these suggestions will be implemented, but we record every feedback and review it carefully.
SteveW Posted Saturday at 06:47 AM Posted Saturday at 06:47 AM Hi Shinjin. I understand that the “core” of Loyverse is free and for that I am sure many customers are grateful. Although some may also pay for advanced features providing a regular income to Loyverse, for things like development, it must logically still mean that funding for development of the Core product is limited as many small businesses may not need advanced functionality to begin with, if ever. Here is a thought for you to feedback…. Create a tab/page within Loyverse Town, called “Core Roadmap” (like a Kanban Board). Allow your users to vote on priority for them #. Each new feature could have a rapid impact assessment cost against it (in £/$). Create a link to a “Go Fund Me Website Page” for feature development. When the funding is reached by willing donors from the Loyverse User Community, Loyverse will have the funding to bring on more developers to assist with timely delivery of new features! In truth, many requests such as payment machine connectivity should be basic fundamental feature, yet seem to be just lingering with nothing seemly happening, which is frustrating for users, so I am sure you will find plenty who appreciate the use of the free core product and who might be willing to make small donations which collectively could make a significant contribution to speed up development progress. # Microsoft used a User Community voting process for prioritising MS Teams Feature Development.
