Printed Receipt Issue

Hi there, 

I am very new to POS system, Can someone help me to fix printing issues (Please see attached image) using Loyverse application. I am using Imin D2-402 and Epson U220 dot matrix. Thanks in advance guys!

Hello

You can try to change the PAPER WIDTH first:

If it will not help, please try to change the PRINT MODE into GRAPHIC:

If it will not help, please try to change a PRINT WIDTH or even PRINT RESOLUTION:

I tried lots of settings, when I choose graphic I am only getting lots of mixed text like Chinese.

Hi there! Unfortunately, there is no solution for this one, this is a compatibility issue with my Epson printer and Loyverse. if you want to use Loyverse it is recommended to use the listed printers on Loyverse or Thermal Printers.
