How to remove decimal

I'm from Myanmar.When I opened an account before, I could open it without decimals,Recently, if I open an account, it is done with decimals.In our country, we do not use decimals.If it was selling for 5000, it is now 5000.00.And I can't type more than 6 digits.If I type 1100000, it changes to 999999.99.How can i do?
