Export files in Chinese was garbled

Hi, I entered items in Chinese and English, when I have done and exported , all English and Chinese are garbled. any other setting or way to keep as the original?

Hello.

Before exporting, you need to save all texts in the exporting file in Unicode (UTF-8) format in the CSV file.

Please, check the tutorial on how to do this in LibreOffice Calc or OpenOffice Calc.
