Hello. Unfortunately, it is not possible to customize reports in the Back office. But there are other ways.
1) You can export reports as a CSV file, open it as a spreadsheet and filter the data as you need. 
2) You can connect the data from Loyverse to some special analytical tools through integration. There are already existing integrations in the Loyverse App Marketplace. Also, it is possible to connect by yourself via API.
