Is possible to reset all sales and tickets from previous months?

Hi @Jef,  there are two options available:

  • You can cancel receipts in the Back Office. When you cancel a receipt, it will not be accounted for in the reports, and all items will be returned to stock.
  • If you have many test sales, you can delete your account with all your data. And then start a new one. Before deleting your account, please, export your item's list and after creating the account anew import it back.
