I get advise if the S730 is compatible with Loyverse POS or not?

Please can I get advise if the S730 is compatible with Loyverse POS or not? It is not in the list of compatible devices, but we thought your list was just not updated. Is there any way to make it work??

Hello.

Only the printers listed on our List of Supported Printers have been tested to work with the program.
The printer you mentioned have not been tested and therefore, we cannot guarantee that it will work properly.

If you test it yourself and it works, please inform us so that we may also consider adding it into our list.
While testing your printer, you can try choosing different combinations of options: select text or graphics mode, different paper width, etc.

There may be a possibility that some of the other users have already tried using the same model of printer.

No, it doesn't work. Super annoying as the models that are compatible are extremely hard to get (at least where we are...)

Do you try to connect the scanner to iOS or to Android?

iOS. It's compatible with it. The connection is there. But the scanner doesn't seem to be recognized in Loyverse

We used to have the S700 and it always worked flawlessly. Unfortunately the scanner fell down and broke and we could only get hold of the S730 being sure it would be compatible...

Loyverse POS on IOS devices supports only scanner models from the Supported Scanners list. Unfortunately your model will not work with Loyverse on iOS devices.
