How can I choose the kind of taxes (in house / takeaway) bevor the customer pays?
So that my accountant has a clean overview over in house and takeaway sales?

Unfortunately there is no separate reports about dining options at the Back office. But you can find this information in the receipts section of reports. The bes way is to export your receipts and then sort them by dining options.
