We imported some new customers but they are not showing on POS.

We imported some new customers but they are not showing on POS. POS new customer is showing when created from POS. Can anybody assist in resolving please.

Hello. In the POS you can see the last 10 customers added to the tickets.  Have you tried to search customers on the POS or you was only looking for them in the list?

Seems the issue fixed itself. maybe it just needed to synch properly.
