Is it possible to view the balance in Loyverse POS?

Hello,

Is it possible to view the balance in Loyverse?  I mean in case of income when we sell our products and expense when we purchase from suppliers.

We need this info for the tax accounting.

Hello. 

There are several parameters in the Sales Summery Report in the Back office:

Gross sales is the total revenue, calculated as the sum of all sales prior to adding any discounts, tips, and taxes.

Net sales is the total revenue minus the cost of discounts and sales returns.
Net Sales = Gross Sales - Discounts - Refunds

Gross profit - Net sales minus Cost of goods of the item for the selected period
Gross profit = Net sales - Cost of goods

You can also set up and customize the displayed columns by clicking on the three vertical lines icon on the right-hand side of the header.

You can select and see on your report the Cost of goods parameter.

thanks for your response.

I am aware of the feature you mentioned. But what I am looking is more about a balance of all the transactions that affect the cashier box like:

- deposit

- cash out for employee salaries, paying to suppliers etc ...

 

At the end the tax accountant will track all the transactions and check if it match what it is in the cashier box.

You should use an accounting system to keep track of expenses, income, and other activities. Loyverse has integration with several accounting systems; please, check the App Marketplace, and read the tutorial about connecting integration apps.
