Print Notes on receipts

Hi I want print Item description such as length, breath, thickness details on the receipt, Can I add them to notes and print them in receipts?

Same here.
I asked the Loyverse in this community forum, but still got no answer.
I need to add a notes also in the receipt that will appear in the selling record also. But in my case, I need to put the notes to record the EDC approval code transaction since the EDC in my country didn't connect directly to Loyverse system.

But, I agree with Rsjvicky, sometimes we need to add some notes manually for some items also. 

anyone can solve this problem? additional notes please?

How about using the "Show comments" option on the receipts?

You can switch it on in the Back Office and then whatever comments you add to the ticket or to the items will show up on the printed receipt.

You can add comments to the open ticket by tapping on the ‘Edit ticket’ button under the menu (⋮).

There you can type in the comment and hit ‘Save’.

If you want to add a comment to an item, press on the item in the ticket. Fill in the comment field in the pop-up window and hit ‘Save’.

When I set description to an item on web dashboard, will it be printed/emailed on receipt? I need that

Hello

Item's description willl not be displayed on the tickets/receipts.
Item's description at the moment displayed only in the item's settings in the back office.

Could you implement feature to set that it will be displayed on receipts?

I will send such an idea to our team.
But, I can't guarantee that this feature will be implemented.

Even though its not "perfect" we circumvented the "note" issue by creating a $0 item called "Notes" in the POS.   So when staff is making a special request or needs to add an authorization code to the receipt, they pick the "Note" item and manually type any notes in the comment of that item,this way it shows on our receipt and customer records as well.

Thanks. Did you send it to dev team?

 

Also I can see the item description just on the loyverse dashboard, not in the app. Could you add option to view/edit item description in the android app?
