Hi there

We have a small retail store and I need to be able to give the customer a receipt from their purchase but I am only finding topics on kitchen printers and I need a receipt with all our information, including tax number etc .  Is this possible? Can someone help me please?

Hello Lisa,

Of course you can print receipts for your customers in Loyverse POS.

You can check the list of supported receipt printers which have been tested and are 100% compatible with Loyverse POS here: Supported Printers

Regarding adding your information in the receipt, you can do this from the Back-office->Settings-> Receipt settings in Header or Footer field.
