Why my receipt doesnt show TOTAL, cash, change?

May I suggest you to change the paper width in the printer's settings in the POS app, Save the changes and try again to print a receipt.

Hello everyone, Whenever I print a receipt the total amount and the change does not appear on the printed receipt.. any idea?

When that happened to me, I changed the paper width in the printer settings from 80mm to 58mm as shown above.
