Is there a way to search receipts from other store locations?

We’re looking to deploy Loyverse in 2 retail locations. We need the ability to search all receipts from either location on each POS: sync receipts across locations. Is this possible?

Hello,

You can manage multiple stores under the same account in Loyverse (You can click here for more details: https://help.loyverse.com/help/how-create-and-manage-multiple )

You have to configure your POS devices and assign them to one of the stores.

In the ‘Receipts list’ in the POS app you will see the receipts from all POS devices of the SAME STORE to which this POS  is assigned to. 

You can not see the receipts of other stores.

If you want to check all the receipts for all your stores, you can do it only from the Back-office (https://loyverse.com/signup) ->Reports->Receipts.

1-  You can choose the desired period for the report with the time selectors at the top of the page. You can choose to see the receipts for all stores or for a specific store.
There is also an overview of different receipt types at the top of the page: ‘All receipts,’ ‘Sales,’ ‘Refunds’. If you click on any of these buttons, only this type of receipt will display on the list.

2- You can export your receipts for the desired period in CSV file by clicking on the ‘Export’ button

Thank you. That won’t help us. We need a way to access all receipts from each POS, as it will be crucial for merchandise exchanges/credits/refunds across locations. 

 

Is this something that is being considered? That functionality would be greatly appreciated and needed. 

 

Even a way to perform refunds using back office would be helpful. Then, the managers could access it to perform a return/exchange/refund/credit. Adding that feature would be greatly helpful, too.

I would be happy to send it to our development team as a feature suggestion. Even though we cannot implement it right now, but if we get similar suggestions from other users, we can consider implementing it in the future.
