Receipts by shift

HI Loyverse town, does anyone know if it is possible to see a report of receipts by shift? We have shifts open on 2 device. We create open tickets on one device as orders and I'm trying to reconcile some sales numbers.

Hello,

You can check all receipts from all POS devices during a specific period in your Back-office->Reports->Receipts. You can choose the date and the period of time the shift was open and all receipts created during that period from all POS devices will be shown. You can also filter these receipts by stores (if you have multiple stores) and employees.

                                                        

You can export these receipts in a CSV file by clicking on the “Export receipts”.

                                                                                                         

In the CSV file you can filter by POS device the receipts were created, if you need to check only receipts made from a specific POS.

                                                            

Note: In the Back-office you can see only the closed receipts (receipts that have been charged)

If you want to check the Open tickets, you can see then only in the POS devices.
