How to add service charge functionality?

When will you guys add service charge functionality?  Using tax is suboptimal as service charge is part of revenue, and service charge should be able to be waived, whereas tax cant be waived on the system.

You can add "Service charge" as an item without taxes. For this, you need to create a new item in the Backoffice or the POS and turn off all taxes.
