App Marketplace listing: no response for over 10 weeks, who should I contact? [URGENT]

Hi everyone,

I'm Karthik, founder of VentaLens, a sales analytics app built for Loyverse users. I'm posting here because I've run out of other ways to reach the right team, and I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Here is where our App Marketplace listing stands:

- In June - July, a member of the Loyverse team reviewed VentaLens, connected a test account, and sent us the marketplace listing template.

- We completed the template and screenshots that same week, and enabled one-click "Connect with Loyverse" so the team could test it.

- In mid-August I contacted Loyverse through the website chat and was told the team would follow up.

- In early September I followed up again by email.

We haven't had a reply since. We're ready to launch and would really like to do it on the Loyverse marketplace, but we don't know whether the listing is still being reviewed, waiting on something from us, or has been missed.

Two questions:

1. Could someone from the Loyverse team let me know the status, or tell me who I should be speaking to about marketplace listings?

2. For other developers with apps on the marketplace: how long did your approval take, and who did you contact to get it moving?
