Printer is printing unreadable texts

Hello, we have an android device as our POS and printer works fine but suddenly, it started printing unreadable texts. I've done a lot of troubleshooting already but there's no luck. I even suspected that it was the adapter as it's the only thing that changed after the old adapter stopped working. I have attached a sample picture

May I know the printer model and App version of Loyverse POS?

 

If the printer is printing weird symbols on the receipts, you can try to change a PRINT MODE in the Advanced printer settings in the Loyverse POS App:




Please note:
Using the 'Text' print mode does not allow the printing of the Logo on the receipts.
