Gdogg Posted Tuesday at 09:02 PM Posted Tuesday at 09:02 PM When I log in to back office all of the menu options apart from "Settings" and "Help" are greyed out and cannot be accessed. The till still works without issues, just the back office is not working. I have tried accessing from multiple devices and browsers but it is always the same. Any suggestions why this would be?

You can log in to the back office and check the subscription status on the billing page. https://r.loyverse.com/dashboard/#/settings/account From there, you may cancel any paid subscriptions or activate the ones you need by completing the corresponding payment.
