Random symbol error when printing receipt

Hi there,

Sometimes randomly we get error symbol especially if we also print our logo in the receipt. Attached is the printer selfcheck. We are using android apps, in the printer settings we use "Other model", Bluetooth connection, paper width 80mm. Is there any solution for this matter? Looking forward to your replies, thank you.

Thank you for your reply. Text mode works fine but unfortunately our logo cannot be printed, also the text of our items mostly are long so most of them dont fit in one line. I will just have to live with it as it only occurs randomly. Have a nice day.
