Hello,

Please make sure that you have disabled automatic page translation, selected Sumup from the dropdown list in the Back Office configuration, connected a Sumup account, and then saved the changes.

Once you have done it, you can continue configuring the Sumup payment type on the Loyverse POS app as shown below:
