Deleting Single Item on a Ticket

When you have, for example, 3 of the same item on a ticket it does not seem possible to delete just one without deleting the whole ticket. Can anyone help.

To decrease the number of an item added to the ticket, please click on the item's name in a ticket and in the QUANTITY field, change its quantity:

After changing the item's quantity, please press SAVE at the top.

You can keep multiple tickets open by using the OPEN TICKETS feature. To save a ticket for later use, please add items to the ticket and press the SAVE button as shown in this tutorial:
