Printer won’t work from certain pos

Hi. 
My system had been working fine and the all of the sudden it stopped printer showing error 3-144 from 2 of my pos. 
I have uninstalled the app, the printers, set up static ip.  And nothing seems to work. The other 3 pos are working fine.
