Problem with Epson TM-M30 III bluetooth mode

Good afternoon,

I've 3 POS working with Loyverse. The first one has works with an Android tablet an a Epson TM-M30 III printer connected with bluetooth. It works fine.
So I've replicate the configuration in 2 others shops. In this case the TM-M30 III (same model but not buy at the same time), do not print from Loyverse but print from other app. If i try with the first printer in the new shops, it works.

I've tried to solve the problem with Epson, they said that the problem is Loyverse not the printer.
Someone has an idea to help me?
