Different prices / Same inventory / Different stores (locations)

Good day,
I'm operating a mobile food truck, which allows me to move from location to location,
I have two profiles of location - Tourist Area and Schools area

In the tourist area i can sell a softdrink for 2.00 with ease but at the school, that's not possible, going rate is 1.25

I have found out that in Loyverse i can create two different stores (profiles in my case) and this will allow me to have prices set differently on the same stock item.
however, there are a few things i need to keep stock track of (beverages mainly), this is so that i can tell when stock is running low and i need to re-order

Now with the two different stores option, they have independent stock, i would love to attach the two locations to the same Stock Inventory, so that in both locations we are taking items from the same inventory.

Can you let me know if this is possible, if not possible, do you have a neat work-a-round for me,
