On-screen Keyboard is not functioning at check out page but can create item under item list

Hi we are loyverse users since two years ago n its all ok until recently, we cant use the on screen keyboard at the check out page, but we can use the on screen keyboard to create item under item list, you may wish to see the attached pic , may we check how can we fix this issue? thank you.
