Hello
You can only refund the whole amount of the card transaction.

At Loyverse POS go to ‘Receipts’ menu, and tap the needed receipt.

Tap ‘Refund’ button.

Select all items of the card payment from the left ticket to move them to the right-side ‘Refund receipt’ list and tap ‘Refund’ button.

Hello,

SumUP supports partial refunds (I have just tried it and it works)

What doesn't work is the integration with Loyverse... You have to start SumUP, find the SumUP sale, refund it and enter the amount to be refunded

It would be possible for the Loyverse App to issue a request via the API to refund an amount from the SumUP sales ticket. Loyverse will then be able to track the return of the item into stock as well as other account things (like £45 just been refunded on Sumup!) - this assumes that Loyverse tracks the link to the SumUP receipt. If it doesn't at the moment, it will need to I suspect.

When will this omission be added into the SumUp integration Please?

Thank you
